What is a BOM?

A “Block-of-the-Month” or “BOM” is a quilt pattern that is delivered in installments each month for a specified number of months. It’s great for people who don’t have a lot of time to quilt as the installment is usually only a block or border each month. There is a forum where we can get together and chat, share ideas, and always ask questions about the current BOM.

This year’s quilt is a bright mix of appliqued flowers, complimented with the pretty decorative stitches found on your machine.  The applique and embroidery can be done by hand or machine, whichever you're in the mood to play with.  This year we're using "The Jinny Beyer Palette" by RJR Fabrics.  There are several ways to do this quilt, either white or black background with either planned or scrappy applique.  The choice is yours!

This BOM will run for 12 months, beginning in January 2014 ending in December 2014. The current month’s download will be free. If you miss a month, they will be available for purchase for a minimal fee.

The embroidery files included are in the following formats: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, XXX
